Privacy Policy

COA collects personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card or auto debit information. COA uses this information to communicate with its clients in order to understand their needs, to promote products or services that may be of interest to them, and to process and complete ongoing transactions, including monthly payments for services rendered. COA also uses this information to meet regulatory needs. COA will disclose this information to an outside collection agency in the event that payments for this contract fall in arrears. We will also disclose it if required under law (for example if a court issues a subpoena).

Requests for access to any personal information that we hold about you can be made in written form and emailed to or faxed to 905-887-2221, attention Privacy Officer. Complaints should also be addressed to the Privacy Officer.


The security of your personal information is maintained by the following:

  • Premises security;
  • Deploying technological safeguards like security software and firewalls to prevent hacking and unauthorized computer access; and
  • Internal password and security policies.
