Marc Oosterholt originally started working with COA over 18 years ago, first in a retail sales capacity and then in a sales management role. Mr Oosterholt’s dedication and attention to detail with COA’s retail Clients and District Manager team will also translate to him assisting municipalities throughout North America with their street furniture requirements.
