Creative Outdoor Advertising Appoints Matthew Kearney as Chief Executive Officer

Toronto, ON, November 17, 2025 – Creative Outdoor Advertising (“Creative Outdoor”), North America’s leading provider of out-of-home (“OOH”) street furniture advertising solutions, has announced the appointment of Matthew Kearney as its Chief Executive Officer, effective November 17th. Liz Gayford will remain actively involved as President, as she supports the transition, and will remain a member of the Board of Directors.

Matthew joins Creative Outdoor with more than 30 years of out-of-home and digital advertising experience, along with an MBA from London Business School and an engineering background. He most recently served as the Executive Chairman of Gas Station TV, an OOH provider focused on the fuel retailer end market selling both to national and local advertisers. Additionally, Matthew has held executive positions at Screenvision, Carlyle-backed Talent Partner, Daily Mail US, Carlton Communications and 3i PLC (London).
