Ottawa's Pilot Project

Wed, Jul 23rd 2014 03:15 pm
Ottawa just got a little greener with COA's Heritage Receptacles.  The pilot project was launched on Laurier Avenue East on July 23, 2014.
The Heritage features 3 portals to accommodate Paper, Bottles, Cans and Containers and Residual Waste.  With the 9 new recycling stations, the City of Ottawa and COA are making waste diversion convenient and easy for the residents and the transit riders.
Along with the 9 Heritage units, COA is also presenting the City of Ottawa 4 Lexington benches.  These benches will further enhance Ottawa's historic downtown streetscape.
